The operating steps for an electric pallet truck are as follows:
Pre-start Checks:
Ensure the battery is fully charged (recommended ≥80%).
Check the hydraulic system level to be within the standard range (usually 2/3 full on the oil level indicator).
Confirm the tires are undamaged and the forks are not deformed (fork thickness is typically ≥2.5mm).
Test the emergency brake button for proper function.
Starting and Driving:
Insert the key and turn it to the "ON" position. Wait for the system self-check to complete (approximately 3-5 seconds).
Lightly press the accelerator pedal (recommended initial speed ≤5km/h) and maintain a straight line.
Slow down in advance when turning (recommended ≤3km/h) to avoid sharp turns that could cause a rollover.
Loading and Unloading:
Align the forks with the pallet inserts (standard pallet insert height is typically 100mm).
Press the "Lift" button until the forks are 20-30mm off the ground. Once the load is stable, fully raise the forks (maximum lifting height is typically 200mm). Keep goods low during handling (recommended height ≤ 100mm off the ground) to lower the center of gravity.
Stopping and Shutting Down:
After unloading, lower the forks to the ground, turn off the power, and remove the key.
Disconnect the battery when not in use for extended periods (to prevent power loss).
